We all have crappy times. We all struggle at times. It doesn't matter where we are in our fitness journey, there will always be days where our headspace is messed up.
That's where I have been of late.
So I am pushing myself to get outside.
For me, being inside all the time is a big no-no for my headspace. Particularly if I have stressful or overwhelming situations around me.
If you're feeling some sort of low, or you are in a mental rutt, do whatever it takes to get yourself outside and moving.
Nature has amazing healing capabilities, so use them!
