HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our central warehouse located in Sydney and are generally delivered within 3-5 business days.
Occasionally there can be delays with customs and/or couriers which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.
CAN I TRACK IT?
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email containing your specific tracking number. If you do not receive please email email@example.com
Make sure your delivery address is attended during business hours.
We cannot send to PO BOXES/Locked Bags, please ensure a street address is given
Please note, very rarely items may not be available. In this instance, we will be in touch and offer you a replacement size/colour or full refund for the unavailable item.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Jinx.Fitness offers a full refund or exchange on all our products. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, then no problem, you may return your order for a full refund or exchange providing the following requirements are met:
- The item must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in original condition with all tags attached
- The item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For all returns please contact info@Jinx.Fitness. Once the returned item is received, a replacement item (if exchanged) will be sent - or we will issue a full refund.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Jinx.Fitness for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you receive a damaged item/s, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@Jinx.Fitness so we can personally and quickly assist you.
We offer a full refund (including return shipping cost) unless you’re happy with an exchange or replacement. To speed up the process we recommend you take some pictures that can be emailed to us.
In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Jinx.Fitness reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Jinx.Fitness will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Jinx.Fitness does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. Jinx.Fitness reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (eg. not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity etc.). We will make all reasonable effort to contact the purchaser on the details provided with the order and all monies received will be refunded using the original payment method.

Our regular ONLINE sales policies apply to these purchases. If you return your item(s) purchased online with Afterpay and are valid for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no extra charge.
